Symptom

The warning below occurs in step 'Create Users' or 'Create Template Users" in solman_setup scenario or Solution Manager User Administration.

Job SM:USR_STATUS_UPDATE is already running – Message  SISE_CONF 780

However, checking job entry in SM37 shows that the job has completed.
