2500980 - Local Services Tax is withheld for more than one location in a single pay period

Symptom

During a pay period, an employee works at more than one location that has a Local Services Tax (such as wage Type /484). There are two IT0208 entries that are valid for this pay period, one for each work location.

When payroll for this period is run, the system withholds the Local Services Tax for both locations. This occurs even if one of the entries is delimited during the pay period and the other is still active/current. The desired result is for only one location's Local Services Tax to be withheld, instead of both of them.
