2501093 - ST03 Workload Collector Fails with "Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE"

• SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is cancelled.  In the SM37 job log the following details are shown:
• Job started
• Step 001 started (program RSCOLL00, variant , user ID DDIC)
• One or more errors occurred, see the collector log.
• Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
• Double-clicking the exception "ERROR_MESSAGE" shows:
• Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
• Message no. 00564
• The collector log program SWNC_TCOLL_LOG (see note 1300273) shows the error "invalid_target" for the collector report which is causing the problem.  In this example it is for the SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_SWNCTOTAL job:
• 1300273 - SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR: New architecture as of 7.20
• 
• SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR might only fail at certain hours, when a particular report from the TCOLL table is being run (TCOLL report SWNCTOTAL in this example).
