2501097 - Enable "My Name" - Allow employees to record pronunciation of name - SuccessFactors Employee Profile

• How to enable "My Name", which allows employees to record pronunciation of name in the Employee Profile, feature?
• What are the technical requirements?

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Access SuccessFactors Instance;
2. Go on "My Profile";
3. Click on Header;
4. Click on "My Name":
   
   

Users can record and modify the audio of their own name.

In order to enable the feature, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: Admin Center
2. Go to: Configure People Profile
3. Click on: General Setting
4. Enable: Allow employees to record pronunciation of name
5. Accept "My Name End User License Agreement" terms
6. Click on: Save

In case there is no option "Allow employees to record pronunciation of name", please contact SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support to enable the Media Services in Provisioning.

Technical requirements

• Users are only allowd to upload .MP3 files
• The end user must install Java to use the feature. In case the user does not have Java installed, he/she will receive a message informing it and also guidance on how to activate.
