2501150 - SAP HANA SDA connection to Oracle fails with ORA-12504

Symptom

After configuring SAP HANA Smart Data Access (SDA) to Oracle SuperCluster, the unixODBC doesn't work and fails with the following error:

sx000:isql -v xxxx userid
[S1000][unixODBC][Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12504: TNS:listener was not given the SERVICE_NAME in CONNECT_DATA
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect

The .odbc.ini file is defined like below entry:

[ora12c]
Driver=your_install_oracle_driver_folder/instantclient_12_1/libsqora.so.12.1
ServerName=ORCL
