2501262 - Where are the Java files, CrystalReportsViewerXX and other resources located for BOE and CR .NET/Java files

Symptom

Example - Windows Essentials 2012 creates a physical path for the default website to

C:\Program Files\Windows Server\Bin\Webapps\Site

BOE .NET and CR for VS installation creates the ReportViewer located files in:

c:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13

To support Windows Essentials the Crystal installation needs to create the Crystal files in the Default Web Site at the new location.
