Symptom

Intrastat Arrangement declaration not available for country X.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Intrastat work center
  2. Choose Intrastat Arrangements view
  3. Click New Intrastat Arrangement
  4. Click dropdown list for Country of Declaration and notice that only a few countries are listed.

Cause

We do not support Intrastat for non-localized country. As part of Standard, We support France, UK, Austria, Germany, and Italy.

If you are looking for another country, you can create a custom solution from Partner Application Studio to support the Creation of Company Intrastat Arrangement for country X or you can contact your partner to create Company Intrastat Arrangement for country X

System works as designed.
