2501329 - How to display Sub-Total / Grand Total across columns / rows in ORD?

Symptom

How to display the  sub-total accross columns in ORD.

Environment

SuccessFactors Online Report Designer

Resolution

In order to display the sub-total, we need to create a Pivot Query.

Below Pivot query displays the number of job requisitions per recruiter.

  1. Edit the query and switch to 'Design View'.

  2. Edit the desired column(s) / dimesnion(s).

  3. Choose ‘Selected element and all descendants’ in the Pivot dimension editor.

  4. Save the configuration by clicking OK and switch to Table view, to previed the results.

The same can be applied to find the total across rows as well.
