Symptom

When trying to activate a DSO with an external HANA view you see the following error message:

Return code/argument: 40156/. Message: Repository: User is not authorized to execute specified operation

The authorization trace shows:

w Authorization CatalogAuthorizationStorageManager.cpp(01581) : Unknown DML restriction state detected: 5 for object: ObjectId(21,0,oid=<oid>) and privilege: 24
