2501429 - Decision for Add-On SHC_CONT in IS_SELECT phase during Solution Manager 7.2 upgrade

Symptom

During upgrade to Solution Manager 7.2 phase PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT, the Software Update Manager (SUM) requests a vendor key for the Add-On SHC_CONT component in the phase IS_SELECT.
