2501445 - error ORA-10873, ORA-01110 during starting up oracle

Symptom

Database startup failed with following errors:

ORA-51106: check failed to complete due to an error.  See error below
ORA-48223: Interrupt Requested - Fetch Aborted - Return Code [448] [HM_FINDING]
ORA-10873: file XX needs to be either taken out of backup mode or media recovered
ORA-01110: data file XX: '<file name>'
