Under segment of an Item there should be a tab called "Online Access" with an option to "Check Box" and this is not visible.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to any blended Item > Click on Segments > You will notice that the column "Online Access" is not there.
Cause
This happens because of a configuration "Content available only during specified segments of a scheduled offering" which is under Online Content > Settings.
Resolution
You have to enable "Content available only during specified segments of a scheduled offering" under Online Content > Settings to see the "Online Access" Tab under Segments.
And to the option "Content available only during specified segments of a scheduled offering" there should be at least one segment in the Item.
Please enable this setting "Content available only during specified segments of a scheduled offering" to see "Online Access" Tab.
