Resolution

The MDF Talent Pool order in Talent Search v2 is sorted on the basis of the effective start date of the Talent Pool i.e. the Talent Pool with today's effective start date will be visible at the top and then so on.

Below table shows the effective start of 3 MDF Talent Pool shown in the screenshot above:
