Symptom

You try to delete a Process Instance in the Administrator's Workbench (tx. HRASRPROCESS_UTILITY) and are unable to do so. You encounter the following:

  • In the workbench the next message is raised:
    • "An Error occurred when deleting the Process Instance. Check Application Log for Details"
  • In SLG1:
    • "Error for Case &1 There is no active info structure for field catalog SAP_CM_ARC"
