Symptom
This behaviour is a performance issue; symptoms are as follows:

Lumira reports accessed via the Business Intelligence (BI) Launchpad from a local machine fail to load and appear to hang: the loading "dots" stay on indefinitely
- In the debug console of Chrome (F12), an error is raised:
"Uncaught Error: Load timeout for modules: core/aggregatedBundle" |
