2501878 - IT Calendar cannot be opened with error 403 - Forbidden in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

You cannot open the IT Calendar in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or use some IT Calendar related funtcionalities because of the errors "URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available" and "The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden".
