2501882 - No configuration found for key (<SID>/sapj2ee/msgserver/httpport) so fallback on internal port to calculate the message server http port

The activities in section Finalize Configuration in Managed System Configuration are failing with problems to access the message server and presenting errors like the following one from the SMDAgentApplication.log:
