2501971 - Client device cannot register on SMP 2.3.x Server while trying to connect to a RS

Symptom

  • Customer is now trying to test with a Relay Server and their Client devices cannot register to the SMP server
  • Client MOCA logs Shows this Error:
    06T070352, T3, CMessagingClient: getLastErr. Error: 515 : Error retrieving public key from server
    06T070352, T3, MessagingClientException thrown. Error: 515 Message='Error retrieving public key from server'
    06T070352, T3, MclServerRmiCalls.AddDeviceRegistration failed.
