  • ADS is configued
  • SMTP sub-domain is configured
  • SO50 is configured
  • SCOT is configured
  • Jobs are scheduled

When responding an offline task and sending it back to GRC, you face error: "Failed to determine set back user workitem XXXXX" in SLG1 Logs.
