2501986 - Authentication errors when using the Neo console client

Symptom

You are trying to execute a command via the Neo console client, but you get a message similar to the following ones:

  • Authorization failed. Please check your user name and password
  • Login failed. Contact your Administrator
  • 401 Unauthorized
  • Wrong credentials. Enter correct user name and password. Note that your user will be locked after 5 consecutive failed authentication attempts.
