The Form Status Grouped by Workflow tile shows the same route step more than once, with different forms.

Run the Form Status Grouped by Workflow tile.
The same route step is aggregated twice, with different set of forms:

Drilling down on an affected route step - Input target (Self):

Both of them have different forms 

Though the affected route steps seem to appear twice, carfeul observation will help identify they are actually different.
Notice the space between target and ( .

The route step name had been changed after a few forms had been launched.
Hence the previously launched forms have the route step name without the space between ‘target’ and ‘(‘ and are being considered separately by the Dashboard.

To solve the issue, the route map for the affected forms has to be modified, to reflect the correct text.
While changing the text, make sure they match the route step name given in the route map.
Note: Please make sure the text is changed in all affected locales
