Symptom
- All threads running in a Mobiliser application were waiting on requests to a downstream application which was not available
- The threads were not released until requests to the backend application failed
- In the meantime, Mobiliser ran out of available threads to process client requests, including login requests
- How can Mobiliser be configured to manage threads and release threads in this situation
