2502007 - Ariba PO items become unconfirmed when changing PO in ECC

Symptom

You are using Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite add-on at your SAP ERP system. You have a multi-line PO in Ariba, and you have confirmed the entire order (all lines confirmed). However when you change one line on the PO in ERP (such as deleting), the PO becomes unconfirmed in Ariba.
