2502016 - BI Launch Pad Preferences setting on User Group level is not inherited to some of the users

Symptom

  • Upgrade BI system from an early version to BI 4.2, also migrate all the Users and User Groups to the new system.
  • Setting BI Launch Pad Preferences with administrator account to a user group, but it is not inherited to the users inside the group.
  • This issue is only happened with the users migrated from old system.
