2502062 - Error in Pivot query - "Atleast One measure must exist for Pivot Query" while creating a Pivot Query"

While creating a pivot query in Online Report Designer(Advance Reporting) user getting a prompt "At least One measure must exist for Pivot Query".

Open Advanced Reporting / Detailed Reporting query and choose Pivot Query Designer.

If not selected already, the system will prompt for a measure:

The Measure is treated as the Raw data for a query which can be further sliced down with the help of rows and columns selected.

This is a prerequisite for a Pivot Query Designing.

Measure has not been selected.

Select at least one measure for the Pivot Query.

Example: If you are creating a compensation report then compensation data can be selected as Measure.

Please drag and drop the column to mid of the designer section as shown below:

As soon as the Measure is selected, you will be able to proceed with Column and Rows selection to complete the query creation.
