2502163 - Message no. EU821 when opening an object

Symptom

During the opening of an object using SE80, there is an error message:

There is an inactive version of object <obj_name>
Message no. EU821

If you double click the message, you will see:

From version management, there are both modif version and active version:

  modif 750 LOCAL 11.07.2017 14:55:57 Author1
  activ 750 LOCAL 10.03.2017 13:19:28 Author2 (logon user)
