2502212 - User who is not assigned to any Operator has access to Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

A user has been removed from all the Operator roles in Job Requisition (including associated Recruiting Groups and Teams).

However, user still have access to the Job Requisition. User still sees the Job Requisition in Job Summary page but may or may not be able to perform edits.

This is an expected system behavior.

If user, who was removed from Operator role either manually or via business rule, was at one time part of the approval path (Route Map) while Job Requisition is in Pre-Approved status. Then, after removal, user will be treated as an additional approver of the Job Requisition.

User will still be able to see the Job Requisition in there list of Job Requisitions, but it's view/edit access will depend upon the permissions given to the [V] role in the Job Requisition XML template.

At the moment, there is no feature to completely remove the access to the user in this scenario.

Nonetheless, a possible workaround is to restrict the permissions of the user by modifying the read/write permissions granted to the role [V] in the Job Requisition template.

Please note that Job Requisition will still be visible in user's Job Summary page because it has accessed the requisition in the past as operator and approver. However, after removing read access from V role, fields will not be visible to the user anymore.
