2502212 - User Has Access to a Job Requisition Even Though He/She is Not an Operator - Recruiting Management

A particular user has been removed from all the operator roles in the Job Requisition (including associated Recruiting Groups and teams) but he still access to that Job Requisition. He is still seeing the Job Requisition in his list of Job Requisitions, but he may or may not be able to edit the same.
