Symptom

Users are unable to add Dashboard tiles to their Home Page

Reproducing the Issue

Login as the affected user(s) and access the Home Page

Cause

Homepage V3 Tile Group Permissions have not been assigned to the user(s) under concern

Resolution

Assign the Homepage V3 Tile Group permissions to the required RBP roles:

Additional Checks:

  • Make sure that the Tile is active and has been made available for the Homepage:
