Symptom

  • When trying to change the ABAP Managed System Setup User (admin user) and password on Managed System Configuration an error is displayed and the configuration cannot be saved:

Message No. AGS_SISE_FRWK_MSG001

Client <client>: RFC SM_<SID>CLNT<client>_LOGIN does not exist

  • The LOGIN RFC in the error message does exist on SM59
