2502687 - Fiori Client not opening .pdf attachment on one device - FC

Using the Browser on the device for Fiori works 100% and open the Requisition .pdf attachments without a problem.

Using the Fiori Client on the Android device, the .pdf attachment does not open nor does it download.
No Error message is displayed in the Fiori Client.

Cleared all cache and even re-installed the client from the PlayStore, with no sucess.

There is one Android 6.0 device where the attachment can be opened with the Fiori Client v1.9.1.

This fails when using the TinyURL:
