2502891 - How to create Generic Services in HCM Processes and Forms

None of the technologies based on old infotype framework is supported in New Infotype Framework (Decoupled Infotype Framework), like User Exists, Dynamic Actions, User Exits and BAdIs. Processes and Forms is based on New Infotype Framework. So some custom logic (E.g. BAdI implementations) will not work in Processes and Forms. Customers can create Customer Generic Services in Processes and Forms to meet customer's special requirements. You can follow the steps in this KBA to create custom Generic Services in HCM Processes and Forms.
