Symptom

  • Error appears when refreshing webi report with blank data.
  • Error "BW System returned state " NO_DATA_AVAILABLE " . Message = data in underlying InfoProvider has changed (WIS 00000).
  • Report works fine when refreshed for prompt selection having data.
