2502931 - Benefit: Reimbursement should be claimed only once per employee

Symptom

A benefit should be claimed only once by an employee throughout his/her stay in the company.

The customer has a requirement that an employee should be able to claim a benefit in his/her birthday month when he/she is exactly 60 years old.

Resolution

The benefit's Enrolment Frequency should be Annual and Maximum Claims Per Frequency should be 1.

Please note that the benefit will work based on actual date (calendar date of today) not "as of date" on top of the page.

For example, say an employee's Date of Birth is 7th June, 1957.

  • Today's date is a date in the month of June, 2017 and "As of Today" date selected is a date in the month of June, 2017: The benefit is displayed for the employee and can be claimed.
  • Today's date is a date in the month of June, 2017 and "As of Today" date selected is not a date in the month of June, 2017: The benefit is displayed for the employee and cannot be claimed.
  • Today's date is not a date in the month of June, 2017 and "As of Today" date selected is a date in the month of June, 2017: The benefit is not displayed for the employee and cannot be claimed.
  • Today's date is not a date in the month of June, 2017 and "As of Today" date selected is not a date in the month of June, 2017: The benefit is not displayed for the employee and cannot be claimed.
