SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Home page > For You Today > My Team tile
2. Click on 'Send Email' under My Team tile

The default nudge email information is:

• Label: HOME_MYTEAMTILE_NUDGE_BODY_HEADER
• Email Body Generic Text:

Subject: To-Do Task Reminder

Hi [Employee Name],

Please complete these items on your To-Do list as soon as possible:

- [Item]: [Due Date]

There are two ways of editing the nudge e-mail notification:

Option #1: Via 'Send Email' feature

1. Go to Home page > For You Today > My Team tile
2. Click 'Send Email' option for employees under My Team tile
3. Edit the content (Subject and Message) of the e-mail as per your requirement 
4. Click send

Option #2: Via Manage Languages feature

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages
2. Download default labels (for the language the user is using)
3. Open the CSV and search for below labels
4. Edit the label and import the custom translation file

Note:

• HOME_V4_Send_Email_Message_Intro: The content of this label is plain, static text; it does not support the dynamic placeholders. You can change it in Manage Languages to any sentence you want, for example, "Friendly reminder: You have the following to-do items to complete:".
• HOME_V4_Send_Email_Message_Body: Supports `{0}` (task name) and `{1}` (due date). In Manage Languages, you can change `- {0}: Due by {1}` to `[Task]{0}[Due Date]{1}`. 
• HOME_V4_Send_Email_Message_Header: Supports `{0}` (employee name), which is used to hold the employee's name.
