Symptom

  • After installing Microsoft security updates, in EPM Add-In (10.X) 'Edit Report' is grayed out
  • To fix the problem you are following the recommendations in SAP KBA 2107965
  • When you try to install KB 2920813 you are getting the error "The expected version of the product was not found on the system"
