2503067 - Contacts are not being pulled when creating a new target group from contacts

You want to create a Target Group using search results for Contacts but no Contacts are being taken into the Target Group.

1. Go to workcenter: Customers

2. Go to view: Contacts

3. apply any search to find the Contacts that are relevant for the Target Group you want to create

4. after retrieving the results, click the Wheel Icon and then click Create Target Group

5. open the Target Group

6. go to the facet Members

-> no Contacts have been added to the Target Group

 

 

You have not selected the contacts that are to be taken into the target group.

Please click on the line with the relevant contacts; the selected line turns blue.

To select more than one contact for the target group, please use the function CTRL + Click.
