Cause

TAGs define the areas like the Product Areas (eg: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform ) or Functional topic areas (eg: SAP BusinessObjects - Platform Administration).
They are useful in categorizing the questions, helpful in subscribing to these areas by following them, and useful for reporting etc.
Tagging questions wrongly can show them to wrong subscribers and leading to delayed answers.
While there are 3 levels of tags. Primary Tags, Secondary Tags and Other Tags, ONLY Primary TAGS are mandatory, while secondary and custom tags are optional but can provide extra information.

Resolution
