2503247 - EPM-SA SPM - Undefined Dimension - BI_UNABLE_TO_ADD_NAV_DIMENSION

Symptom

Upgrade Issue.   We are having a issue in SPM with undefined dimension for management organization where in DB2 the navigation attributes are not existing, where as they existing in DB1. DB2 is a new upgraded system (7.5) which is copy of DB1 System (7.3).    

Error Codes:
Undefined Dimension - a0c1b86a77e840cd87f3e300b2411aec  BI_UNABLE_TO_ADD_NAV_DIMENSION
Spend by Company Code Undefined Dimension - a0c1b86a77e840cd87f3e300b2411aec
No Company Code Dimension Exists in either Dimensions or Navigation Dimensions
No navigation dimensions exists.
When we try to create one Navigation Dimension, also it is giving error.
