• User receives a system generated email for a job called "Job Information Import Follow Up Processing" after importing a "Job History" template.
• Notification: "The follow up processing of the job information import was successful. The following modules were processed: .... "
• How we can receive this result email only if there is an error in the follow-up process ?

• After an Admin User imports a "Job Information" template into the system, the system will run a job in provisioning on behalf of the user, called "Job Information Import Follow Up Processing"
• If the User has a valid business email address & Notifications are turned on in "Admin Center > Change User Email Notification", the user will receive an email when this job is completed

• This Job goes through a series of checks and balances based on system settings when a system is implemented, they are as follows:

1. Initialize Job
2. Load all Job Info EOs for processing
3. Execute module Position Management
4. Execute module Time Off
5. Completion (The job will either Complete Successfully or it will Fail)
   * If a Job Fails, You can either reach out to your Implementation partner, or open a ticket with Support to help find a resolution to your scenario.

• By default, the system sends a result email for the follow-up processing in cases of both success and error. If you want to receive the result email only if there is an error, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Company System and Logo Settings"

2. Select the feature, "Send result email for Job History import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred".

3. Select Save Company Settings.
