  2. Go to Price Lists tab.
  3. Choose the respective Price List you want to update.
  4. At Items sub tab, mass change the products' list and save.
  5. The Release Status on header level is Released but if go down to item level, some of the products' status is 'Not Released' or 'Released Partially'.

Cause

Due to the internal technical buffer handling issue, it might happen that some products in the price list are Not Released or Partially Released even though the price list header is Released.

Resolution

This is a known issue and you can avoid such issue by following either workaround described as below:

  • After adding new product into the price list, do not save the price list. Directly trigger release of price list without Save. (Via Release action in UI, release will save the price list internally and then trigger release action)
  • After adding product price in price list, Save the price list, Close the price list edit UI, reopen and trigger price list release action in UI.

For the affected Price List, you need to perform a dummy change for one of the products in the items

(for example, by changing the amount, pressing the enter key on your keyboard and then changing the price back to the original price.)

The header status will then change and it is again possible to release the price list.
