  • Index generation is failing
  • csc.fsm.13 is blank in nonworking system
  • Entries are failing with PREPROCESSOR_ACTIVITY_ERROR
  • Data not committed to $TA tables
  • PREPROCESSOR log shows the sytem is trying to load a .fms file and it not able to do so
  • Size of the Text Analysis files in the repository is correct
