2503403 - Missing/Unexpected data caused by master data inconsistency

A ZDATE(custom name) object based on a time characteristic (e.g.: 0DATE) have a null value instead of the initial 00000000 value.

Some of the symptoms caused by this inconsistency :

  • In your query, you will have missing or unxepected data
  • When your query is based on a HCPR, running the same selection of the query in transaction LISTCUBE for the HCPR you will see the same results of the query, by removing the display of the SID on "Field Selection of Output" of the ZDATE characteristic more data will show up.
  • RSRV check ( All Elementary Tests -> DataStore Objects -> Foreign key relationship of reporting-relevant DataStore object and SID table characteristics ) for the InfoObject will give you the following error message : "The SID values are missing for 1 specifications for characteristic ZDATE"
  • When your query is based on a HCPR, running the transaction LISTCUBE for the PartProvider that contains the ZDATE characteristic with the inconsistency, when you choose to display the SID of this ZDATE characterisitc you will get the following error messages :

invalid number: attribute value is not a number;decfloat [here]decfloat(string "COL$8$"),COL$8$ = ''[string]; checkNull false: .
