Symptom

  • Upgrading from SMP MBO server 3.0.11 to 3.0.13
  • The upgrade_install.log shows a successful upgrade
  • End user fails to sync on the upgraded SMP MBO 3.0.13 server.
  • The SMP server log shows:

com.sybase.djc.mobilink.LoginHandler:authenticateUser(String user, String password, String securityConfiguration)\njava.lang.SecurityException: Login Failed: user
