2503716 - MDX: Function RRTS_PARSE_MDX is not available

After an upgrade to a BW system/release (e.g. BW 7.5 SPS7) and Kernel 7.49 or higher there is a parser error message:

• BRAINOLAPAPI 011: Function RRTS_PARSE_MDX is not available

This issue can happen for APD, BPC and other applications using the MDX interface.
