2504053 - Survey Cannot Be Filled

You have added a Survey to an object but cannot fill it.

Prerequisite: You have created and activated a Survey. In this example for an Opportunity.

1. Open the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Open the relevant Opportunity 123 (123 represents the Opportunity ID).
4. Go to the Surveys facet.
5. Add a Survey ABC and save.

You click on the survey hyperlink but cannot fill it out as all the fields are greyed out.

This is expected system behaviour.

In order to fill out the Survey you have to click the Action button and select Edit.

When clicking the hyperlink you cannot edit the survey.
