2504071 - Application Error When Saving New Contingent Worker

Application Error is shown when saving/submitting a new contingent worker to system.

Attempt to add a new contingent worker using Add Contingent Worker Wizard.

When all information is filled in, attempt to complete process by pressing Continue or Submit.

Application Error as below is shown.

When adding a contingent worker, an end date is required, as such as soon as the record is created a future end record is created. Along with the start/hire record as expected.


The start/hire record uses the "Start Contingent Worker" (SCWK) Event.
The future end date uses the "End Contingent Worker" (ECWK) Event.

The cause of this error is that either of the above events have not been created.
Or 
Either are missing from Master Picklist  
Or
The external_code for "End Contingent Worker" in the Picklist is not 'ECWK'
Or
The external_code for "Start Contingent Worker" in the Picklist is not 'SCWK'

As per Contingent Workforce Management handbook, to resolve you will need to ensure both Events are created correctly and Master Picklist is corrected and reimported.
