Symptom
Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
- Customer voicemails are getting truncated before the allotted maximum time limit defined.
- Voicemails and calls are getting disconnected after a period of for instance 10 seconds, so there is no possibility to have a longer voicemail than 10 seconds in this case.
