Symptom

After perform the Managed System Configuration for a SAP Mobile Platform MBO Runtime 3.0. The Configuration extractors fail with error:

[SybaseCCDBCollect.init] FAILED.while trying to get the length of a null array loaded from local variable 'listjars'
