2504139 - Two recipients display when activate Automatic forwarding function

Symptom

  • Some users do not have authentication to logon system via SAPGUI so that they can not check inbox from Transaction:SBWP.
  • System administrator set Automatic forwarding for these users so that they can check emails from own email box(for example:Outlook).
  • Received email will have 2 recipients.
