2504207 - Cannot Delete Opportunities with Error 'Opportunity with ID XX can't be deleted because of existing follow-up documents'

When deleting an opportunity, the error 'Opportunity with ID XX can't be deleted because of existing follow-up documents' occurs even though there's no follow-up document maintained (e.g. Leads, Sales quotes, Sales Orders, etc.).

SAP Cloud for CUstomer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities work center view.
3. Select the relevant opportunity.
4. Click Delete (Actions > Delete). 
5. Error 'Opportunity with ID XX can't be deleted because of existing follow-up documents' appears and the opp is not deleted. 
6. When you check the Document Flow facet of the object you see that there are no follow-up documents.

There's a survey added in the opportunity which is causing the issue.

Delete the survey first and then delete the opportunity then.
